At Coco Tanning Company, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to love your glow.

Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused
• Unopened
• In their original packaging
• In the same condition in which they were received

Because our products are personal care items, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at:

admin@cocotanco.com

Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at admin@cocotanco.com with:

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• Reason for return

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original form of payment within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
